I’ve been teaching Self-Care sessions for 3 years now, on Zoom, and we’ve shared so many wonderful ideas that I’d love to share with YOU.
 
From tips about massaging your own hands, herbal baths, brief guided visualizations, calming breaths, as well as resources from others…I’m feeling good just thinking about these!
 
There’s a lot of overlap between this Self-Care focus, and the well-loved topics about monthly cycles and menopause from my Women’s Way Moon Cycles content, so we’ll be drawing from both.
