Most people agree that they need more time to re-balance in their daily lives. Yet many people are in the habit of putting others first, and may not know how to address their own needs.

We know that when we focus on replenishing our inner resources, it becomes easier to give more freely without reaching burnout or overwhelm! Yet it can be hard to even know where to begin.

Self-Care to the Rescue!

I’ve created a unique approach to  self-care  that focuses on creativity, nature, movement, and self-expression.

These pre-recorded sessions give staff members the opportunity to step away from the hustle and overwhelm, as they learn and practice  some healing tips and activities. Even a couple of deep breaths can give such a sense of relief and help people connect with themselves again. I hear that over and over!

Each Video has a calming breath, some body care such as Qi Gong or Chair Yoga, a few health tips, and  a creative visualization & drawing of some kind. The drawing can be as simple as a scribble on the page! There is certainly no experience necessary.

The pre-recorded video each month is divided into three brief segments of 6-12 minutes each:

First, a relaxing breath, some gentle body care such as Chair Yoga or Qi Gong, and some health tips.

Next, the Creative Activity, with time to draw.

Finally, a brief closing and suggestions for the month.

One video a month: $350
Two videos a month: $550

With this subscription comes a monthly live Q&A session.

I provide a written Summary after the call too, with the activities and resources in a PDF, so people can use them again and again, or share them with their own clients. This way they can build their own Self-Care Tool Kit for stressful times, built from their favorite activities!
