Personalized Coaching

Sometimes just having someone to tell your story to will help new possibilities to occur for you. The work may seem simple, but it’s really profound! I always love to hear the surprise and pleasure in my clients’ voices as they marvel at the changes they are finally able to make.

When I began Coaching, I felt like it was something I was born to do. I love giving you my full attention, sharing your words back to you, gaining clarity and asking questions. You get to hear and experience yourself in a new, and very supported, way.

The simplest things can lead to transformation, and small steps lead to big changes!

I’m here to support you to make changes in any area of your life regarding self-care, including healthy habits, time management, setting clear boundaries, making decisions, simple creative activities, and more. I’ve been told that I have been an invaluable support during clients’ passage through unexpected loss, as well.

Please contact me for a connection call, so we can get acquainted and see if we can find a way to work together. I look forward to it!

A bit about me:

My Coach training came first with Linda Bark of Wisdom of the Whole Coaching. She is a PhD, also an RN, and has a delightful focus on creativity and body awareness. I loved it so much that I also trained with Dr. Michael Arloski, of Real Balance, in Health and Wellness Coaching. He was one of the first to bring Coaching out of the business field and into the health field.  Both my teachers are active in developing national standards and new programs for coaching at the University level.

Please contact Barbara to learn more and schedule your personal coaching sessions.

3 sessions a month: $330

4 sessions a month: $400
