Monthly Group Workshops

review sidebar 2

Would you and your staff enjoy taking a healthy break during the week, to do something different and learn stress-reducing skills?

Most people agree that they need more self-care in their daily routine. Yet many are in the habit of putting others first, and may not know how to address their own needs.

Self-Care to the Rescue!

I’ve created a unique approach that focuses on creativity, nature, movement, and self-expression.

These sessions give staff members the opportunity to step away from the hustle and overwhelm: to learn and practice healing tips and activities, be creative and share with others, and to gather tools and resources for future use.

Each session includes:
  • a relaxing breath,
  • some chair yoga or Qi Gong,
  • a few health tips,
  • and a creative activity with time to draw and share.
Please fill out the form so we can schedule a call!

With this subscription comes a monthly live Q&A session.

I provide a written Summary after the call too, with the activities and resources in a PDF, so people can use them again and again, or share them with their own clients. This way they can build their own Self-Care Tool Kit for stressful times, from their favorite activities!

What People Are Sharing

“So much of the world is so rushed, and if people hear your calm voice and calm message, they will want to work with you. People are rushing as if it will somehow help them – they need to slow down, re-connect with nature, and re-connect with themselves. You can help.”
Katie, Reiki Master, Canada

“With all the phones ringing and so many concerns, during this time I wasn’t concerned with anyone but myself.”
Jean, Clinician

“Every time we have these calls I learn something new. Whether it’s breathing while using hand motions
[Qi Gong] or looking a little more deeply into myself. It gets me out of wherever I’m at in my head for that time; it is one of the most enjoyable times of my day. Thank you.” Miriam

“Usually my mind races. I was able to take advantage of this time and use it to recharge.”
Alanna, Supervisor

“I love interacting with you and others, to do creative things and to touch on spiritual things. I love it – I look forward to it.”

“I don’t think about how I breathe. We’re always just going, going. We forget that we’re human and need this care.”
Laurie
